In this data release, an anomaly was detected in the value of two fields. The details are provided below, along with a list of affected spectra and the corrected values.

Details: the FITS file headers of a small number of low-resolution spectra have an abnormal value of -1 in the “FIB_MASK field”, as does the corresponding “fibermask” field in the catalog. Upon investigation, this anomaly was caused by a bug in the processing pipeline. The list of affected spectra and the corrected data can be downloaded from the link provided here. We will address and correct this issue in the DR12 domestic (v1.0) release and future data releases.
