By the end of September 2025,the LAMOST DR11 (v2.0 version) dataset was officially released to domestic astronomers and international partners, encompassing spectra from the LAMOST pilot survey and the first eleven years of its formal survey.
The DR11 dataset is a collection of the spectra obtained by LAMOST from October 2011 to June 2023,consisting of two components: conventional low-resolution spectroscopic spectra and medium-resolution spectroscopic spectra. The released 25.08 million spectra include 11.93 million low-resolution spectra and 13.15 million medium-resolution spectra. Both medium- and low-resolution spectra exceed 10 million. Moreover, a catalog of about 10.49 million sets of stellar spectral parameters was also released in DR11.LAMOST maintains its leading position worldwide in terms of the total number of released spectra and the overall volume of stellar parameter catalogs.
To facilitate spectra sharing, the NADC provides comprehensive data services for LAMOST spectra, including archiving, management, and publication. A dedicated download platform was established for the public release of the LAMOST DR11 dataset (Version 2.0). Scientific users can log in to the international release website (https://www.lamost.org/dr11) to query and download the spectra. LAMOST DR12 dataset (Version 1.1) was released concurrently, an updated version of the DR12 dataset (Version 1.0) that was initially released domestically in March 2025. Scientific users may access the spectra release website (https://www.lamost.org/dr12) to query and download this updated dataset.

The international release of LAMOST spectra offers broader spectra support for astronomers worldwide to leverage LAMOST spectra in generating more high-quality scientific outcomes. This initiative will further and continuously enhance the international influence of LAMOST spectra.
